History of Advantage Travel Partners
Mary Sue Leathers, our President & CEO, whose
successful history in travel agency management dates back to 1975,
founded Advantage Performance Network in 1995. APN is a Performance
Improvement Company
that is dedicated to providing fresh and
innovative solutions to meet the performance and travel needs of our
Corporate Clients and Independent Contractor Network. APN is a
full-service management company with expertise in Corporate Travel,
Meeting Planning, Incentive Travel, Merchandise and Award Systems,
Promotions, and Vacation Travel. APN is an innovative and
diversified company. Due to the success of the company, APN built
and owns its own Office Building, the Twin Lakes Executive Center,
in which they moved into in December of 2001. "Advantage Travel
Partners" is a division of APN, and is dedicated to offer our
Independent Contractors the best support service and technology
possible along with integrity.
Annette Brooks, CTC, started her career as a leisure agent in 1984, and since has worn many
different hats in the travel industry. Over the years she has worked on the wholesale
side, as a corporate domestic/international agent and as a home-based agent.
She started working at Advantage Travel in 1998 as an international corporate agent.
She then moved into the technical department implementing the online booking tools
for APN’s corporate clients, also starting the agent training department for inside and
outside agents.
Annette joined Advantage Travel Partners in 2007, and recently took over as manager
of the department. She is eager to offer support to new and existing Independent
Agents and developing ways to help grow their companies.
